Comparing Amber to actors like Jason Momoa, Zandaya, Gal Gadot and Chris Pine is laughable. They all had more established careers before they stared in the super hero movies she mentioned Amber Heard was not. It's that simple, and the comparison for job lose is laughable. She played supporting roles and was in smaller films. Jason Momoa had GoT ,Baywatch etc. (Huge fan bases for each time) Zandaya was not only modeling but a Disney child star...You can't use one stars potential and compare it to someone else and say Amber lost opportunities because these stars kept growing and she didn't. There are so many factors like the actors personality/ relations with crew, storyline, final output of the show. Or maybe people just don't like her. To say it's because of one statement made by Johnny Depp or Mr. Waldman is just absurd. Do better.

It would be interesting to learn the dates of Ambers cheek implant surgeries and cosmetic procedures. The cosmetic implants in the cheeks post surgery are consistent with her facial bruising in the photographs, also botox placement is consistent with bruising on face.

I would just make one comment here... Just observe the Psychiatrist unbiased, and see how calm he is when speaking to Amber's lawyers and how competitive he is about PROVING himself to Depp's lawyer. ( Also acc to body language learnings, whenever he talks to Amber's lawyer his hands are not on his face, while speaking to Depp's lawyer he is constantly touching his face, which helps assuage the stress built from not saying truth )

The last witness claims to be an expert in the movie industry and yet she seems to have not seen any of the major movies from the last ten years and doesn't know things that any casual person knows (like Robert Pattinson as Batman) nevermind the average movie buff. And furthermore she didn't even know all the details about the things she brought to the case (the careers of her comps). She called the lawyer a movie buff but he just did his research, like she's supposed to have done but clearly didn't. She keeps saying she's not a fan of something as an excuse for not knowing things but she wasn't hired to be a fan of things, she was hired to do research.

Most expert witnesses are paid. They put a lot of work in. That's not an issue for any case. But the issue here is the experts for Heard are really bad !! The first doctor wasn't a specialist cosmetic hand surgeon or vascular surgeon he was orthopedics with one tiny short module in hands lol, the second doctor was a legitimate psycho who I really hope has his professional conduct looked into at his resident clinics and hospitals because he speaks appallingly about people on TV I can't imagine his patient notes are ethical!, and the media lady was wildly biased trying to compare amber with leading role actors. The standard is bad but honestly the fact their paid is standard part of any expert witness recruitment it isn't meant to be pro bono

This is a subconscious attempt to "filter" what the jury will hear. If the expert argues back at the question (toward the attorney) they presume that the jury will recognize that the question does not deserve an answer (and that the answer should be disregarded).

I've seen a lot of comments regarding the way Depp specifically, but sometimes also Heard behaves in court and obviously everyone is different but I think a lot of these comments are coming from a general misunderstanding of how anxiety, narcissism, and coping works. Heard has been seen watching every witness, watching Depps team, and doing minimal fidgeting. She appears very concerned with what is being said but could just as easily be zoned out. She also, presumably, isn't the type of person who needs to keep her hands busy. Depp has rarely looked at the witnesses and has never looked at Heards team. He is nearly always doodling or fidgeting with something. We know he refuses to look at Heard and many people simply cannot listen effectively without fidgeting. It's obvious he is paying attention at least some of the time despite not watching witnesses because he can be seen commenting on what is being said. It's possible he isn't tuned in 100% of the time though. Neither one of them is behaving in any notable way given what's happening. Nobody can effectively listen for 8hrs straight, that's why there are TEAMS of lawyers not just one or two. Few people can sit still for 8hrs. Regardless of their careers or the setting both Depp and Heard are just people. At the end of the day they are just people who are in a stressful, at times boring, and incredibly exposed situation. Let them be about that stuff. The evidence, and their testimony on the stand is way more telling than how they sit in court.

I forgot to mention Depp giggling with his lawyer. Again. It is nearly impossible for a lot of people to sit quietly for 8hrs and most of the time they do not all have to be paying attention. It would be ludicrous to ask this of them. Even the judge doesn't need to be actively listening 100% of the time, she just needs to be generally paying attention to be able to make decisions on objections. Most of us have never seen a trial like this happening in real time this way. The small actions that occur at the team's tables are not usually up for this much scrutiny but I'd put money on this being all very typical.
