Amber Heard's attorneys questioned Johnny Depp's expert Dr. Shannon Curry about a dinner she had with Depp and his legal team before the trial. Heard's attorneys have tried to show Curry is biased towards Depp and was not qualified to make the opinions that she made in the case.

i mean, it's not her lawyer fault that this case is impossible to defend. she get paid by amber heard to be her lawyer. she would take every possible way for her client to win the case. including hiring maybe "biased" witnesses. that's why cross examination is required as bringing biased witness like this is pretty common in court room. i fully blaming amber at this point as her lawyer just do what a lawyers do.

Amber probably lied to her lawyers as well. Even though I think some of the questions seem comical, I really feel that the lawyer was just trying to do her job. It's not like the lawyer and Amber are friends. Amber will blame her lawyer for losing, because Amber is never going to admit that she's wrong. Knowing that she cried in the woman's bathroom does make me feel extremely bad for her. She might have been a bit nasty but she was also kind of given a shitty stick to work for. I feel like she's actually a good lawyer; there's just not much to be done when your client is AH. I sincerely hope for the best for AH's lawyer team because, at the end of the day, they're just trying to do their job. Giving them a hard time for struggling with this case is, honestly, like giving a cashier a hard time because their management makes them enforce bad rules. Its not the cashier's fault that the manager has hoops to jump through; its not really the lawyer's fault that their client was terrible. I feel awful for her lawyers... @@mikeschmidt4624 That was a good move from the lawyer. She knew she wouldn't get a response like "I was paid $125,000". So she mentioned increasingly big amounts, to see when it would stop being plausible to someone who "doesn't know". If you don't know how much you paid for a bag of chips, and I ask you "was it 100,000?", your answer won't be "I don't know". Because you know that you didn't pay $100,000 for chips. Even if you don't know the actual price. You will only answer "I don't know" when the price is plausible to you. Like "was it 2 dollars?" - "I don't know". 200,000 seemed plausible to Dr Curry, and she started saying "that would be way too much" only at 300,000. That would indicate that the price is likely to be 6 figures.

It’s honestly sad seeing her lawyers now, from a separate interview with someone who knew and worked with Amber I feel like she charmed and bamboozled her team into thinking they had an open and shut case. Then when faced with all the evidence that their client has been bold faced lying to them and the public now they’re scrambling. Elaine was here trying to catch Dr. Curry in a lie or trip her up because it’s been so easy for JD’s team to do that exact thing to Amber and the rest of their witnesses. She’s just getting out what she wants to say and doesn’t care if it helps the case at all, at one point she just skips over her own incoherent question when Dr. Curry asks for clarification of what she means because she can’t trap Curry into the answer she wants. Just asking broad ass questions overall hoping that the witness will just answer and she can flip it later on. The tremble in her voice is very telling

There’s a massive difference between intentionally committing perjury and genuinely forgetting something until a later point. And when lawyers try forcing you into only answering with “Yes” or “No” responses, you don’t always have the luxury of being able to say, “Not that I recall” or something along those lines. This woman Dr Currie did not impress me at all. Her first answer that she had "no idea" how much she was earning out of this is implausible. She is a professional with a charge out rate and she would know what she charges per hour or per day. In the eyes of the judge she would have come across immediately as evasive. And to then say she "couldn't remember" if she had a drink, and "couldn't remember" if Johnny Depp spoke directly to her, is just as implausible. Depp didn't win the case because of this witness, Amber Heard lost the case with her own behavior in the box.

She kept making notes throughout the trial acting like she knew what to do next. Johnny just sat down and let the experts do the work.

The funny part about all this is that we saw Dr.Curry's explanation of Amber's behavior played out live for us every day in that court room. Nothing she said was ever a lie about her. She literally described her behavior word per word. So even if The beautiful Dr. Curry chugged beer and smoked bongs with JD's whole legal team...she'd still be 10,000,000% percent accurate about Amber the Turd.

That's the thing about engaging a person who has BPD and cluster B personality traits. They at first seem to be amazing partners and people, but the switch will flip as the relationship continues. @@caddiePiece I agree. My sister is probably worse than Amber. My sister has been married 6 times and is looking for her 7th. She pretends to be exactly what each man is looking for, but she can't fake who she actually is for too long. After she gets married, (and she convinces the men to get married quickly) she becomes a psycho. She has physically and emotionally abused men, and she rages like no other person I have ever seen.
