what I did to make it a bit more simple, or to add some extra steps I guess, is to first use a rotation deformer and stick it on the forehead. keeps you from having to use interpolated motion. downside is, any deformers outside of the rotation deformer does not effect things inside the rotation deformer.

I do not understand how to link the animation of mouth that opens and closes with the mouth x, I redo all the steps but it does not work, how to do?

How do you rig the horns to the front of your face

Horns like hers I assume would be separated in 2 parts. The front part in front of her face, the back part behind her head.
