Scorpion , Caberg Tourmax ( my case ) , Nexx X and Schuberg

Thanks for the review. I’m in anticipation of an E1 Rival grey. Was looking for the same thing you were. Adventure style peak, modular and comfort.

I have been very happy with mine! Thanks for watching.

I guess Nexx Vilijord could also match your criteria. High quality modular adventure helmet.

Have you been able to locate a GoPro Chin Mount for this helmet? Can't find one anywhere.
@LIVEFORMOTO2 жыл бұрын
Not one that is specifically made for it. I just used one of the rounded adhesive mounts and put it to the right of center on the chin bar.

thanks for the review what comms unit are you using

Shane Parker I use Sena coms. I have a 20 and a 30K on different helmets. I like them both but if you’re tech challenged like I am then you’ll find out that there’s a learning curve to them. They are capable of so many functions that trying to remember all the controls is kinda tough. I actually only use a few of the features regularly and carry the manual for the other stuff I can’t remember. Thanks for watching and ride with a smile!

@@LIVEFORMOTO i have just purchased a E1 helmet and wanted to know if newer models of sena comms would suit fit they recommend the 10u i am looking at the 20evo or 30k model

Shane Parker I really love my 30K. On my E1 I used the adhesive mount to attach it. If you use the clamp it will mess up the sound dampening skirt. I also looked at the 10u but went with the 30 due to the ability to mesh more easily with other coms users.

@@LIVEFORMOTO have you done an install video for the 30K on a schuberth E1 helmet?that would be great if you have cheers
@LIVEFORMOTO5 жыл бұрын
Shane Parker I’m sorry I have not. I installed mine before I started my KZbin channel. If I can get my hands on some fresh equipment I’ll make a video for sure. Maybe I could even do an up close video of the completed install. It’s a little intimidating at first but in hindsight it’s simple.

Thanks. What goggles can you wear with this? Or so you need goggles if on dirt roads?
@LIVEFORMOTO2 жыл бұрын
Honestly I ride alone most of the time so I have never used goggles with this helmet. On the occasion that I am following someone in the dust I have just flipped the screen down.

Sorry, by visor I meant peak.

Ive been using an E1 for about 3 years now. Love the helmet but the visor is worthless. If any wind gets to it it will vibrate the fillings out of your teeth with the buffeting, doesnt matter which position you put in into. The vibration from it will blur your vision as it moves your head about, not kidding. Super flimsy and should be much thicker/better supported. Other than than a perfect helmet.

alpha mike I’m sorry you’re having that problem with it. I have never had that issue myself. Maybe it’s just the difference in the way people are built. I have really enjoyed mine with no issues. However you’re not the first one I’ve heard mention this problem. I have had problems with the Arai helmets despite the fact that they are one of the best quality helmets around.

Hi. I tried on the E1 and I felt that the flip up comes down quite easily when you're moving your head. What's your experience with the flip up holding in open position?
@LIVEFORMOTO3 жыл бұрын
I met a gentleman about a month ago that was having the same problem. I have not had that problem with mine. I have not met anyone besides him that has had that problem. It’s been a great helmet for me and almost every one I know that has one.

Not to worry, I quit making videos a couple years ago.
