What’s meant to be will be. My soulmate wasn’t ready for a relation nine years ago so I backed off and gave her space, she started dating someone else in that month where I was trying to give her space because she thought I gave up. Within a year her marriage had fallen apart and she knew she wasn’t happy. One night I went to hang out with her and the next day she texted me how unhappy she was in her relationship, how she made the wrong choice and she always knew she loved me. She said “no one makes me feel the way you do, no one makes me be the way I should be like you” and we finally admitted we were completely I love with eachother and it never went away no matter how badly we tried to move on. I met her family and her best friends and every single single one of them said they saw the unconditional love and the connection between us. Even comparing the pictures of us together with the pictures of either of us with our ex’s, you see the insane difference in our eyes and smiles. Now we’re together, I’m happier than I’ve ever been in my life, and our relationship is even more perfect than I ever dreamed of. Nine years, and so many times where we missed eachother by a second or both wanted to say something but couldn’t. So many obstacles, time periods where we didn’t speak for a year or two.
