And she had gone into full cardiac arrest after aspirating (this occurs during an overdose blocking the airway) because she was in bed (laying flat most likely), not exactly a “heart attack” like they said...but at least they got the part that her “friends” like dani vitale all left her there. 🙄 I believe it was max (security) (and possibly Kelsey) who maintained chest compressions and attempted to clear her airway until fire got there to stabilize her airway, push narcan, load & go. I think this is so biased. Demi has said herself multiple times that her addictions and misbehavior is what pushed the Jonas away from her. While maybe she helped them as a friend with the music, I'm sure the idea was NEVER to take advantage of her or distract fans from her on the tour. They were friends and wanted to show their support towards each other. Selena and Taylor do it all the time, joining the other on stage. Not to the advantage of the other persons fame but to be there for her and create memories together. The tour was beneficial for both Nick and Demi. Demi had already fallen from light for her drug addictions. They used the friendship to remind people of when they were innocent and kids to help Demi's image and Nick's fame. They were childhood friends. Demi has said that they were the ones who took care of her when she was bad. Some girlfriends send their best friends out with their cheating boyfriends (no defense towards Wilmer, he is the worst) so they can keep an eye on them. I think maybe that's why Nick went with him. Joe was a little lost himself at that time.

Joe and Demi dated for a few months. Not years. Their relationship didn't last very long. And i don't think that it was Joe or Nick's fault for her mental health issues because during their hiatus and break up they were trying to fix them as brothers. I honestly don't think they had intensions of hurting her and if they did I am sure they hashed it out privately. But i also think her ex, and her team is to blame as well. Hollywood turns people against each other. Look at Demi and Selena. They used to be BFF's now they hate each other. A lot of this is actually according to sources but taking sources out of the equation, the public facts are that the Jonas brothers were not successful for the duration of their official hiatus. I listed their stats in the video and so the smart marketing thing to do is to market them back into relevance and that’s what their manager did by using Demi and her relevancy. It’s all marketing strategies that I could have explained more but I just brushed over those facts. Also, Demi’s own personal problems which she has never blamed on anyone isn’t an excuse to why “friends” turn shitty after you helping them for 3 years straight.

I've been a Jonatic and Lovatic since 2008, and I''ve never EVER thought about these possibilities, Phil using Demi for the benefit of the Jonas, Wilmer being an abusive partner (I just thought they broke up because they had differences), Joe and Nick covering the damage Wilmer had done to Demi, or Priyanka and Nick being PR... While I still wanna see more proof of everything (hopefully Demi exposing what she's comfortable of exposing), it makes sense and it's a tough pill to swallow. This is so hard for me cause Camp Rock was my life 10+ years ago. Demi was my "girlfriend" and I just wanted to be the Jonas Brothers. It's crazy because the Jonas Brothers used to wear purity rings, their father is a pastor I believe so it's really unbelievable that they'd not reach out to Demi after her near fatal overdose. I'm a huge fan of demi since camp rock and even until now she's one of the singers I really admired and after seeing this video, I really felt bad for her. She deserves better. Does anyone remember the moment they were introduced to Demi Lovato? I do- and it was my first concert seeing the Jonas Brothers and she was the opening act- after watching Camp Rock. Funny enough, she was the 'supporting' act for this boyband with lots of screaming girl fans (including myself) but when she hit that stage we all realized who the true star was. Demi has always carried the most talent, but has had to be the back up or support for the Jonas Brothers. And in her lowest moments, Nick wasn't there to support her. This is how they decide to pay her back- even after she went on tour with Nick to promote his new solo album after she became a huge star on her own. It's a shame but I understand why there was a fallout.

I’m even a fan who had m&g during the tour the year she overdosed and for example one of the key factors in the relapse people were saying was Dani Vitale (dancer) being brought back on that tour, the photos of bottles of vodka Demi allegedly demanded for dani and the dancers which she also drank, she partied with them on the bus after shows (you can find videos), Dani and Jackie (another dancer) were both in a video using c*ke on the bus, and even some damning videos of her with dani from the night of the od...as much as we all wanted to blame dani for causing the relapse AND the od, the reality was demi knew what dani was into (she fired her the first time she went to rehab clearly for a reason), demi knew exactly what was happening on that bus or out with them on nights off, and she still went out and took part....so I can’t blame anyone else. She’s been strong enough in the past to not put herself in those situations if she couldn’t handle it, so it was clearly a decision made on her part at that time and there’s no one else to blame, all we can do is hope she uses it to learn in her recovery and “play the tape through” next time things get rough.
