I think the covenant (of following Torah) is with all Israel (Jeremiah 31:31) and in fact Open to the entire world as the Torah also states that there should be one law for you and the ‚stranger‘, one law was given to Israel and to the mixed multitude who joined Israel. This Nohaide concept of a separate canon of laws, in my view, departs from the high standard of the Tanach. After all, all Earth is HIS. All nations one day will have to come to celebrate Sukkoth in Jerusalem. All Earth under God‘s rule - that is a wonderful vision and gives us hope in the messianic age.
