In india men should avoid marriage as it is very difficult for men to get divorce and also because of various gender biased laws like 498a etc. It is better for men to focus on there career then make friends, go on date, for relationships they can go to countries like thailand, Russia, Vietnam etc. Marriage is lifetime responsibility of wife on husband so it is better to remain unmarried and live a tension free life. Avoiding marriage would be best for men as there would be more anti men laws that would be passed in future so better work on yourself, make a gf, travel abroad and live a happy life and last thing don't get married.

It is their wish. Their life. Previous generation stayed in marriage for years inspite of domestic abuse and incompatability only because for social constraint. So u cant always praise previous generations. Men explioted women and treated them as slaves.

Forcing an unwilling husband to stay with his wife is cruelty on the part of the court. The court has unreasonably termed husband's relationship with a lady " unholy". Such derogatory language is against the spirit of SC verdict that abolished the criminality of adultery.

Hournable judges observations on younger generations opinions on marriage are true. Most family courts will have to deal with more cases/couples with this attitude in the mere future. The high court should have focused on improving the infrastructure such as better counseling centers for couples rather than passing comment.

Every rights is bound with basic duties as it is the fundamental requirements of the rights to survive but on the other hand one has to think like as he thinks for his own..... It's not only to think upon, but also generate a wisdom ,not like the talking parrot.... Men and women both are human being , but nature divid both of them into two different genders for the purpose of maintaining human race , so two opposite sex persons meant to continue their race by process of marriage and maintaining family . Sex without accepting family responsibilities is violation of natural law as well against ethical and moral values of society . Because sex is not a thing of entertainment and enjoyment , but it hold serious purpose of continuing human race . Using sex as enjoyment purpose should be treated as rare of rarest crime by law .
