I LOVE your dojang! I’d give anything for the space to train like that. Ours is so tiny and only open 3 days a week for 2 hours.

ours is opened every day except sunday on monday and wednesday they have classes from either ten or eleven to noon the bigger classes are from four thirty to eight fifteen tuesday and thursday are from four thirty to eight fifteen also friday is sparring five thirty to seven thirty saturday is from ten thirty to one thirty also the classes are power paws 4-6 power cubs 6-8 juniors 9-12 youth 13-17 and adults 18+

our ranks system is power cubs white belt, green tip, yellow stripe,blue stripe, red stripe,brown stripe,black stripe,double black stripe, then junior white belt,yellow stripe,yellow belt,blue stripe,blue belt, red stripe,then youth red belt,brown stripe,brown belt,black stripe,DBN black belt candidate a.k.a. brown belt with two black stripes then certain amount of tips,black belt, and then adults all the ranks said above except power cubs ranks

Good video you nailed it esp kicks in turning around you can check yoga position almost hiting your self with elbow on knee one hand stretch since you are fast stundents in tekwando you would figure this drill very fast is use for inner coordination improvments for young students or girls recomended is kind harward shake shake harlem style but very eficient also is purpose to avoid injury if it is such pose kind pre pose cat before jump is am is possible to see which drill you are faster inside the intgrating into sport and drill is good inc turn kicks as mass movement and hold ground left leg kicks good and very important for torso and coordinatio and growth factor as youth doing stunts is already a fast developed version.. excelent video

so funy you should watch adriene and form famous rocky movie titiel on you tube 30 day practicing yoga she has this on her site a coordination inner drill elbow on knee which is fine for sport have fun sometimes even older girls publish something or try to share stuff or info it could help you or just fun as as stick notes imagine rocky what would he do if he had adriene and samery as girl in movie..
