banana leaf eating hot food in this leaf is very healthy and hygienic. While the hot food is served on the leaf, rich nutrients from the leaf is emitted, which infuses with the food and eventually we intake it as we eat the food

Haha, killing the English explanation🤣. The chef was finding it difficult to explain the Onam feast in English. The subtitles are necessary for non-Malayali people to understand what's on the Onam feast.

Aviyal means “boiled” in English. So you can see Aviyal as veg stew

Add sambar first to rice and keep adding different semi liquid dishes, chips, pickles, pappad when you take sambhar rice to your mouth. Balance it out or take more rice and sambhar to ensure everything gets finished. You can take second round of rice to mix with butter milk or hot rasam separately if you like. Lastly have all the desserts by pouring on the leaf, scooping with your hand and not with spoon as it enhances taste even better if it is hot. That's how it is served in Hindu marriages etc which are basically the same dishes where nonveg isn't served.

❤ I love " Onam feast" in the days of king Solomon, it was offering of the first fruits to God. As it is written in the book of Proverbs chapter 3 verses 9 and 10
@SlimJongUnАй бұрын
Who is Solomon? Onam commemorates Vamana (the fifth avatar of Hindu deity Vishnu) and the generous king Mahabali.
@007SanoopАй бұрын
Solomon is a cooked up story by CSI. And conversion of Chera King to Islam is another cooked up story by madrasas. There were europian, persian, arab merchants landed at western coast of India for millennia, to do trade with Hindu(Indian) Kings. King Mahabali and Lord Vamana are older than Muhammad, Christ, Moses, Buddha, Krishna, Raama & Parashuraama.

Please make sure you go to a Hindu Onam festival or Sadya. Onam belongs to Hindus. It is the celebration of the appearance of Vamana avatar and Vamana's blessing to a popular ruler of Bharat named Bali. We call him Maha Bali. Christians are trying to take Hindu religion out of Onam and making it into a so called Harvest festival. They try to destroy Onam by serving Chicken and fried fish on Onam with alchohol. Keep Onam as a Hindu festival and do not fall for Christian propaganda.

Like how BJP has ordered everyone to celebrate it in the name of Vamana's birthday and not as the day of the Asura king Mahabali's return. 😁
