They made the movie and felt a connection but he has said repeatedly it was a feeling he knew a married man with “kiddos’ shouldn’t feel from a movie scene. It was the kissing scene in shower when making Rum Diary). He didn’t act on it. He didn’t even see Amber again for nearly 2 yrs. In that time he and Vanessa had split as she wanted to stay and live in France where she was born/raised and Johnny wanted to live in the US as most of his big studios were in the US. They were never married and even Vanessa has openly spoke about how they tried but failed to work out a solution however she was very proud of their co-parenting of the kids. They split them 50-50 each year. They didn’t even need a court order; they both wanted what was best for their kids which is why they are both lovely young people today. So please stop that rumor. I believe Vanessa over something you say you read online.
