@gabrielmichael37012 жыл бұрын
@@STORMinaGcup no because if he abused her, even one time, she has grounds to make the statement. This is not a trial about who was the worst party. While Johnny Depp‘s team is doing a good job at getting more ammo on her, at the end of the day he still a drunk, and in almost every alleged accusation, him being a chronic alcoholic seems to be a foregone conclusion. All it takes is a Jury member to reasonably believe that he was abusive at all. Even just one time. And because this relationship, no matter what social media says, is a relationship of mutual toxicity, it could also be reasonable for a jury member to conclude that amber heard is not lying with a reckless disregard for the truth. Someone hits me one day, and I hit them the next, I was still abused. There is a possible scenario in which one party has insurmountable evidence that they were wholeheartedly a victim, and that the other person was completely the aggressor… Johnny‘s team failed to do that, even if they had the best lawyers in the world, there’s too much that he participated in. Too many embarrassing details about his lack of control on the bottle. You can’t be a chronic alcoholic and not be abusive.

@@PinkyakaAyannaj you're right there's overlap, and it stems from the fact that most psychiatric and psychological classifications are just trying to group similar signs and symptoms together, as we lack any 'real' (neurological or otherwise) understanding of what causes what we observe. So due to the complexity of the brain, and our human constructs of categories, it's only natural there's overlap (comorbidity). It's a bit of a problem in modern diagnosis, as there is a temptation to diagnose anything and everything that matches symptoms somewhat. Diagnosis is primarily there to help the patient, so the best thing to do is diagnose precisely to guide future treatment effectively. The experts seem to think Amber has Histrionic personality disorder, which is very similar to Narcissistic PD, except for the person not necessarily believing they are worthy of admiration while craving it, where with NPD they typically do. Summary: all things considered she probably has many narcissistic traits, but doesn't have NPD under our current definition and differential diagnosis.

Welp, this checks all the criteria that the jury could weigh: - that the statements were made by the defendant - ✅ (“I’m here because my ex-husband is suing me for an op-ed I wrote” how stupid can you be, Amber?) - that the statements were about the plaintiff - ✅ (“not just Johnny”) - that the statement was published - ✅ (She claimed she did not write the headline, but was forced to admit that she published it in her own tweet) - that the statement is false - ✅ (She doesn’t have compelling evidence. She documented everything BUT the actual proof of the abuses she claimed) - and the defendant made the statement knowing it to be false or the defendant made it so recklessly as to amount to willful disregard for the truth - ✅ ("I just did not notice the title" -- referring to her own tweet, which has the title of the article)

"Not Just Johnny. " well kids, pick up your trash and let's head to the car before traffic gets to bad because it's over. That is unless Ms. Heard wants perjury charges. Anyone else notice how Ms. Vasquez got Ms.Turd to repeat "not just Johnny " 2 different times? I believe she did this to set the groundwork for perjury. Because, of Ms. Turd claims she misspoke, she would have to have done it twice . Haha. She's toast.

According to someone inside the courtroom, most of the jury are in their 20's and 30's and she's trying to target the older juries whom she might sway with her lies hence the constant glances at the jury box.

“Not just Johnny”. I’m surprised there was no standing ovation there. Heard just admitted that her Op-Ed was about Johnny plus plus. And that all her experience about DV stemmed from her accusing Johnny of DV in May 2016. After this, how can her lawyers claim that the defamatory article was not about Johnny??
@vasily20222 жыл бұрын
Just by looking at this and the robotic, cold, unnatural way she looks at the jury every time her lips move, you can tell she is a failed bad actress. She was told by her equally incompetent lawyers to look at the jury and try to connect with them, but this is creepy and staged. She is not a likeable person at all. You respond to the person interrogating you, then occasionally you look towards other people, the judge, the jury... especially when you are about to say something emotionally charged. What she i doing is bad acting. Zero emotion. All staged.

Being a real victim of domestic abuse for 10 years this angers me to no end! I have pale skin like Amber there is no way she could cover up any bruises with make up the swelling plus big bruises are there for a good while! If a big man hits you with his fists she could not be out the next day, that is ridiculous lie! My face and lips and nose or whatever had so many large black Purple and red plus swelling she couldn't go out in public believe me! I personally know that! She just wants attention. After I finally got out of that situation I started therapy and it does help . Been in therapy for PTSD for over 5 years and I have become a better person for it! Amber and Johnny both need therapy. I feel sorry for both of them! I wish them love and happiness! Maybe Johnny should go back to the Mother of his children because the grow up very fast an are gone in what seems like a minute! Of course I have to be team Johnny! His lawyers are great. I heard yesterday they have recaste Johnny for pirates and most people go to see those movies for Mr. Depp!!! I know they won't be successful and that's what they get! Jerry Bruckhimer will lose tons of money and he is crazy for putting anyone else in that part! Shampe on all of you rich idiots because JD was the one who made you all those millions! Geek men who get money off of hard working actors like JD and then Don't stand by then when they have have some problems! Cowards and back stabber in expensive suits!

If he did what she said he did to her there would be no way she would so confidently cuss him out and provoke him like that without being beat with an inch of her life. She is lying. I don't want this woman speaking for me or others like me.
