99.9999999% of the time the court will rule in the womans favor. maybe she knew that and was hoping that the court or judge would say "ehhhhh you get off light" i have seen a lot of reports and insights from attorneys who let others know why they walked away from the career. and its because they found in most of their cases dealing with abuse, the man was guilty until proven innocent. even if the woman was lying the court would rule in their favor to either outright give the man a harsh sentence or the case would be thrown out in the womans favor. put in simple terms, i think she still thought she could buffalo the court because she is a woman.
