I think she' better than Wayne Dennison. I like her style of really lining up the evidence she wants for a particular point, then throws a haymaker as to Heard's motivation. They're just right where they aren't outlandish, but at the same time if true make Heard out to be just the most evil and sociopathic of manipulators. I'm really wondering myself. That picture of the rails of yayo on the table with the until cigarette in the empty ash tray did look absolutely staged.

The moment Johnny wanted his trial to be broadcast live, I already knew he would win. Just think about it, when you are innocent and think that you are innocent, you may still hesitate to broadcast your trial live beause when exposed to the whole world, anxiety and any small thing can make you "less" innocent. Yet, Johnny wanted it to be live even though Amber objected. This means that Johnny believes in the absolute truth, and the truth is that he is innocent. It also means that no matter what happens, even things that he can never anticipate (e.g., public reactions), he wanted the truth to be revealed and there is only one absolute truth: he is innocent. When broadcast live, Johnny knows that this trial will go viral around the world and not only in America, and every bit of his private life will be exposed. And yet, he wanted it to be live, because there is only one absolute truth: Johnny Depp is NOT the abuser in this case. For that, he already won.

The reason that Johnny Depp wanted this case broadcast live probably has to do with his loss in the UK, and the subsequent failure of his appeal. You will see that Johnny Depp changed his testimony on multiple occasions in comparison with the UK trial, where there were no cameras. For example, he admitted repeatedly that his own text messages contradicted his testimony under cross-examination. In the US trial, he tried claiming that he did not remember sending such a message and that somebody may have taken his phone. One court analysis found that Depp had lied over 80 times under cross-examination. Another example: in the UK, he admitted to referring to himself as being plagued with "a monster" when his own text messages demonstrated this. In the US, he kept side-stepping that issue or outrightly denying it. The US case was all about image rehabilitation because of his loss in the UK. As far as the UK is concerned, Depp can legally be characterised as a wife-beater.

But in this case, they're talking about a public figure such as Johnny Depp. Defamation against public figures rarely gets private settlements, not especially when the reputation was harmed so much by being labelled as a violent domestic abuser. There are private settlements in disputes with public figures too, and those usually involve signing NDA and a compensatory damages for involved parties. Camille V knows Heard is a liar and created this entire fiasco to ruin Depp's reputation and gain money. Regardless of who Depp is, it's the lack of moral and values that Heard doesn't have that has made everyone, including his attorneys, to want Heard to pay for what she's done.
@bornaasi87342 жыл бұрын
Why would she back down…. Amber was the one who didn’t give in to her insistence, she stuck to her “pledge,” story even after all those repetitive questions

@@bornaasi8734 Heard did not donate the money as she said she would. As she claimed on a t.v. show that she donated all the money. She is a liar. Heard tried to blame it on Johnny for suing her but she had all of the $7 million for 13 months before he sued her. She's a snake

I also find it rather strange when they throw up all the whoha about getting an unredacted copy of the statement. As legal advisors for the defence shouldnt they already have a copy of every official statement AH has made with regards this case. Or were they so incompetent as to either not ask AH for any statements released publicly or think the divorce money wouldnt come up at all. The objection on grounds of hearsay for AHs public statement was amusing though, if it worked that way celebrities would never talk and have everything go through a spokesperson so as to remove any liability for what they say.
