Teachers in Orange County, Ca were burdened by non-English Amnisty children/families in the mid 80s. A 2nd grade teacher had to split her 1st and 2nd graders to allow time for her new non-English students. One group went to recess, the other remained in class, ALL DAY she ran 2 grades. She had no aide, no bathroom break, reduced lunch to 15 minutes! AND DO YOU THINK THE SUPERINTENDANT CARED??? We watched this from 88 to 94. An increase of 70 students or more per campus, all qualified for free lunch. Then another proposition, 187, allowed more alliens to come in and get instant citizenship. One horrific fall out of some was the constant gun firing EVERY holiday! Hey liberals, why didn't you take the "New Comer's" guns?
