The ICC case brought by South Africa is both legally flawed and baseless, as there is zero evidence of purposeful harm being committed to civilians. Firstly, there is no way of telling Hamas militants apart from the general population - they one and the same barring children. Secondly, there is overwhelming evidence that there is both massive support and participation amongst the general population with Hamas - as Hama draws its militia from the local population. Thirdly, Hamas is the elected government of Gaza which won an overwhelming majority of Palestinian support for the past 16 years - which therefore underlines the culpability of the general population for the horrendous acts of gross violence perpetrated on the 7th October. So the idea that the local population are no more than innocent bystander is both false and legally baseless. Show me a Hamas militia and that would be also a Gaza Arab civilian. The ICC has not ruled against arms supply to Isreal - which means the reporting is baseless and simply mischief or wishful thinking.

Just a thought, God might be delaying the IDF finding Sinwar because he wants the IDF to do a thorough job in Gaza first. Gaza started this by voting in Hamas and all their other terrorist groups and yet, the world has sympathy for Gaza. Gaza needed a hard sharp shock to bring them to their senses but I don't think they will ever learn.
