Even when asked if she had donated the 7m, she could have answered 'no but there's conext' then she would have been allowed to provide the context of pledging and being sued (even though that's pathetic context it would have at least stopped her coming across so aroggant).

I actually agree with the tax deduction part. It was a way for him to "keep" some of the money. It was a smart move to try but I agree with her that it would not have satisfied his agreement legally, it would have saved him millions in tax dollars. That being said. If, IF, she had turned around and paid the money in then all would be fine. But keeping it for 13 months after she received it all negates any argument she has about it not being for the money. Plus, in her testimony about the installment agreement and the "pledge" she had stated that she would pay the charity as she received the installments. So if you look back, it's even more than 13 months in many cases since she never paid any of the installments she received over to them. And pledge does not equal donate. Pledge = Promise. Promises can be broken. The fact that she won't accept that fact is just ridiculous. She would have been better off in this law suit just facing it directly instead of trying to hide behind word play.
