watching the kick over from his some fight,s but I believe hes curling the toes back and kicking with the ball of the foot (or turning it into more of a front kick) , its something I leaned from my 1st Karate instructor that you can throw a round kick (Karate style round kick because a Thai round kick would be a 3rd way) two ways, with the instep or shin or 2 with the ball of the foot, the ball of the foot is harder to develop as it takes more skill IMO

has yes beaten , I always thought Barbosza was pure Muay Thai, but I did read that Anderson Silva for example called his training Muay Thai in Brazil there was a lot of TKD and Karate influence mixed in, that it was not really pure Muay Thai , Guess same for Barboza
