It's funny cause when you go down south London and knock on a door with a Scouse accent they immediately close the door lock it and ring 999 . . . . A few moment later , Porsche been nicked out of drive , even court security in Liverpool are probably drug dealing as a side job . What a place . We ❤️ Liverpool .

'I'm not near you' continues walking towards you lol. Where do they find these people for security work? I learned the hard way doing the doors that you get a better reaction by simply speaking to most people like they are human! Yes in some cases you need to do more, but most of the time people just need a decent chat and attitude. Being an asshole will instantly get someone's back up! Clown world.

I'm always astonished at how effective good cop/bad cop (or in this case good security/bad security) is with auditors and Charlie. When a cop or security realizes that being a jerk doesn't work, one of their colleagues comes along and gets people to do what they want by acting friendly. This time it was to get Charlie to move behind some arbitrary point. Auditors and Charlie never seem to realize they've had the oldest game in the cops' book played on them.

the law is specific about filming inside and outside court buildings, the terms " inside the building" and " within the precinct of the court building " are used in the Law which can technically include outside space that is part of the property or part of the building, so in Law you could be arrested for filming outside a court building if you were standing on an area that is within the property line, which is what happened last year to another Auditor called A.B. He got arrested and charged and fined for filming outside a court building, he was not inside, but he was within the property line and he had refused to stop filming and pointing his camera through the glass doors.
@tonyb1223

AB ended up being fined for exactly the same thing though he refused more I believe. It isn't hard to look up these things and should be common sense in most cases, even Marti B and his trolls were banned for 5 years from filming at courts with their CBO 😂

Auditing Britain, AB, got sentenced, due to filming around a court building. It’s i criminal matter, as “justice” has a higher protection in society, jury members in particular shall not be photographed, named or published. So, their protection stretches outside the building too, “the perimeters”.

8:30 people don't seem to realise how stupid they make themselves look when they insist that a photographer must move his two feet a couple feet beyond some imaginary boundary to be OK to take pictures. The photons are the same, so why move the photographer. Because the court is part of the government, the security have opened up themselves and their employer to a human rights court case.

@10:40 technically it could be a criminal offence IF you took a photo/video of a judge, witness or jury member. The Criminal Justice Act 1925, which specifically addresses photography and sketching in court and its PRECINCTS covers this. This law can restrict filming activities in certain circumstances. As you were in the precinct of the court they could potentially argue this. Saying all that the first security guard acted like a neanderthal.

S41, Criminal Justice Act 1925: "a photograph, portrait or sketch shall be deemed to be a photograph, portrait or sketch taken or made in court if it is taken or made in the court-room or in the building or in the precincts of the building in which the court is held, or if it is a photograph, portrait or sketch taken or made of the person while he is entering or leaving the court-room or any such building or precincts as aforesaid." What makes me so angry about cities in uk you see loads of homeless people on our streets and meanwhile the horrible government we have no matter who you vote for care way more about the rights and comfort of illegals coming in the uk while our own homeless and families are suffering in poverty and can't afford heating bills all thanks to this government

vast majority of the so called homeless are not homeless, they are crack/smack addicts on full benefits of £1000+ per month after housing benefit etc. They are encouraged and facilitated by naive members of the public who give them more money for their very expensive lifestyles.
