At least you can see dramatic improvement in arsenal and a philosophy and direction but Chelsea is a circus. Their only plan is to buy as much young talent as possible (regardless of what the manager wants) put them on ridiculously long contracts on big money and hope it somehow works out. Such a reckless attitude can only end in longterm disaster... hopefully.
