He has the awareness to drop into the midfield and contribute to the build-up, while at the same time, the finishing ability to capitalize on the opportunities the chances that a slot system would provide him. I'm a United fan and I love him. I don't believe he'll end up as world class due to him massively benefitting from a strike partner, having a poor weak foot, and having a lack of aerial presence. However, his lack if professional minutes and great injury history make me confident he can keep improving for another 3-4 years.

Good to bring this up, Loz! For me, I gotta see Marmoush perform at a more consistent level before I make a decision on him, but he looks good so far. Plenty of players can get hot and consistency matters in the prem. I would much rather a player explode or get hot on our wages rather than bringing them in afterwards. Marmoush turns 26 midway through this season, which means he would be 27 next season. For me, I feel like I want to see him continue at least around 1/2 of this current form until January, considering it will be very difficult to average 2 G/A per game at only 1 xG/A per 90, which is still excellent btw. I like his shot map decently and if he continues this form, he offers a similar output to Gyokeres in a much more competitive league despite both of them being already at prime age (25-26). If we can get him on a good price (40-50m) and Darwin still hasn’t met his targets this season by January, I say go for it. I personally don’t see any comparisons to Salah just bc he’s Egyptian, but the number suggest he’s improving so why not ride the wave if we think he can perform even 1/2 as well against better defenders. It REALLLLLY depends on whether we trust his touch and ability to turn and shoot, or at least believe we can improve it.

You can FEEL the interest he has in what he's talking about, and he explains every point in 5 ways to make sure it's understood, something I do as well🤣😂! Most of these other over commercialised, more mainstream, sold their souls, "fan channels," just rush to get through the show schedule, and the atmosphere comes off more like they're doing their job. They don't ever actually seem interested in the subjects they're discussing, and that energy transfers to the viewers. Half of them constantly condescend viewers who send in questions, too, forgetting that said viewers got them to where they are now! Pure arrogance because they have ties with the club now. The number of times a certain few have read out comments and absolutely dismissed and even mocked them just p*sses me off. Anyway, as you can tell, I've fallen out with the more commercialised fan channels these days🤣 so yeah, keep doing what you do Laurence!

If you are quoting media speculations, nothing is going to happen within this season. Not only is FSG tight lips about transfer rumors, Liverpool club officials never indicated any signings in the foreseeable future amidst contract renewal/renegotiation with the likes of Salah, Alexander-Arnold, and others. So, the key interests for all Liverpool die-hards won't be signings. Rather, it is how Liverpool is going to keep its best players in this season with various campaigns. Save your effort, thank you.
