Love seeing the passion ol' LFG still has for fishing especially when he got that big crappie...hell a lot of bass fishing professionals you'll see get a 8 or 9 lbs bass and they show no emotion there just like oh another bass but lfg can get a bluegill and hes pumped

Just got one last year, and it is revolutionary. You can pick out the bigger fish so if you aren’t fishing for sport, and just want something to eat, you can catch the big ones without going through little ones. It also allows us to find new spots

Bro. Mount the transducer to a separate shaft with a hand controlled handle. This will ensure the image on the screen remains consistant while your trolling motor constantly swings back and forth on spot lock. Smoked 50 at fork 2 weeks ago in just over 2 hrs. Watched them eat it every single time. Almost didn't feel like fishing......

Try using an 11 ft or 12 ft dipping pole. That is the best way to target slab crappie. Also having your screen at that amber tone allows you to tell what’s a crappie or white bass or catfish more than the normal sonar look.
