Prayers for you Fathers as you begin 2025! Looking forward to possibly attending a Mass celebrated by Fr. Joseph Anthony at St Vincent Ferrer. I attend Mass there 4-5 times a year when visiting my daughter.

I prayed a luminous mystery for the new roles of Father Patrick and Father Joseph-Anthony. On a secondary note, sometimes when a priest is left too long in a role, there is burnout and its effects which ends up affecting a lot of people. As someone who right brain’s hemisphere has been significantly pruned, I think it is a hope to let the Vinedresser prune a branch of the vine and see how the Body of Christ will robustly grow forth. I also will pray a luminous mystery for Father Hoffmannventure because the House of Saint Faustina is just wonderous!

The Dominicans are called the Order of Preachers. So anytime you see O.P. after a name that means they are a Dominican. And I don't believe there is a difference between the periods or lack there of.

I know what that stands for; but I jokingly wondered why two of them use the period and the other two don't. It was just a little joke, something I thought Fr. Gregory Pine would find amusing.
