Crews began coming together the following morning cleaning up debris in Jonesboro. Residences begins to clean up and sift through the rubble in their neighborhood after a tornado plowed through the area Saturday evening. Rail crews began uprighting overturned train cars that got blew over

The rail car bogie and wheels in the middle of the field. Holy shit. Those things weight several tons and don't exactly catch the wind. This was an insanely strong tornado.

Usually those that are stronger won't just blow cars around, they will literally rip whole cars to shreds and wrap them around trees or anything still standing. However the official rating seems to be on the low end.

the larger the surface area the more drag is created, hence the train falling over.
