Launceston ("Lawn-cess-ton") is one of those place names that trip up everyone who doesn't live there. I think, together with Maryborough ("ma-reebra") it's Australia's payback for Worcestershire :) Remember the pain of using a handheld GPS receiver that had been turned off for a while and had to start by downloading a new almanac ? There goes 12 1/2 minutes ... :-)

I cannot get the autopilot to work I think its bugged.

Well, I have just accomplished a one hour long flight with the C414AW. I have installed the version with the PMS50 GTN 750. The autopilot functioned well at the beginning then, all of sudden, it stopped following the FMS and caused the aeroplane to go all over the place. I needed to switch to HDG mode which rescued the rest of the flight. Still a great aeroplane!

Thats so wierd. Ive never been told in VFR flight to maintain an altitude. I usually set my altitude in cruising altitude in my flight plan. And Just follow that. Because being mainly a GA sim pilot my trips are very long. And at times stretch the range of the aircraft in....so I need some altitude to get better fuel mileage. 1500 feet, terrible for a long flight. Thats pattern altitudes..😂 Unless your Bush flying of course. Im loving the Say Intentions experiment. And I'm wondering if you can just tell your co pilot to take over. Or even do specific things like flaps, or turn off landing lights or switch to Nav mode. Or do you have options to let your co pilot handle radio traffic in SI as you do in default sim ATC?. AI talking to AI. Lol. And the SI cleared yoir touch and go the second time...and said to advise when you were again airborne after the touch and go. Runway 24 was not available because you were suppose to touch and go on it..😂 Try getting touch and go clearance a little further out.

The auto pilot works for radio, heading, and gps. Bulb you cant fiddle with them
