this is a relative observation. most of the people who filled the form from bangalore were making more than 10 LPA. I myself earned less than 40k in my full time job so I know 50k is a big amount but today things have become extremely expensive in bangalore. It is really very difficult to find a 1BHK for less than 20-25k per month in the central locations. Even in this video, Anirban was able to get a house for less than 10k because his office is in the outskirts (Electronic city). If his office was in HSR, Sarjapur road or near Koramangala where a lot of companies are located, the same 1 BHK would have probably costed 20k.

@bhanuverma80832 жыл бұрын
Even though you can, you need to find some niche areas in the city where there are villages and local population living like its 2004-2005 still. I am in Gurugram and there are areas like away from Main Gurugram that are cheaper to live for freshers. It takes time to find those areas, hence you should not stop exploring your own city. You might be paying 30-40% extra (at max) in the same city, whereas you can reduce you rent by moving to a lesser developed area. Of course, take into account the total cost and time of commute to your workplace. Good luck!
@randomboi6372 жыл бұрын
bro why would anyone choose Bangalore then🤣🤣🤣 it will be a foolish decision your rent can easily eat up more than 60% of your whole salary forget about other expenses..I'm sure if you can crack 4lpa then work a little hard you can negotiate, or crack 7-8lpa ctc too
@ameya62152 жыл бұрын
If that's your whole salary like 22k in hand live in pg in banglore, yes u will have no privacy but you will have 3 meals a day a roof and wifi for 6000₹ or less with 3 sharing or sometimes 4 sharing too. Because in that salary range its time to just preserve and upskill yourself.

in your sip calculator never put interest beyond 10% for realistic outputs.. 8% is considered below average and 12-15% is very good

One thing that is being promoted too much nowadays is a conservative mindset. One should focus on savings 100% but make sure you use some portion of that to upskill yourself and improve your earnings. Invest on yourself before anything else.

5.5 k Pg rent with food and 2k for buss pass and 5k for other expenses a single person can live like a king. When I was a fresher my salary was just 13k and I liked relatively well compared to my current state. More income you earn more responsibilities you will get.
