I suggest that you use scissors next time you want to make chin chin so that it can save you time and it will be easy. You just rub some flour on the scissors and then start using it to cut it.😊

@@jayanofafrica02 - 2 reasons - 1. Your dough has a lot of moisture in it, causing steam to form when frying in hot oil. 2. The pan was filled with to much dough at once. Try simply reducing the amount you are cooking in each pan full and that will not happen. Good luck and love the vlog.
