Hello!:) thanks for your interest! I blend kale, celery, apple and blueberry. Then I add steamed black bean and chickpeas🤗 It usually takes time so I chop kale and celery the day before and boil black bean and chickpea in large quantities then I divide them into small containers and store them in the freezer to keep them fresh☺️
