I would change your walls instead of the panels make it look like you have fiberboard and stud or someone could paint it or they could go ahead and wallpaper it if they want those every 4 feet stress MS a look like a mobile home you don’t want it to look like a mobile home then don’t put it in like a mobile home. Show your water Spicket on the outside and your electrical sockets who wants to walk around and carry two hoses to get to the end of the other side of the trailer when you can have two speakers one on the end and one on the opposite end she can go around on either side halfway at least with your hoes my biggest complaint are electrical. And find one with the center bar not everybody wants a center bar it seems to be the thing some people still have a nice formal dining room but I want to take with them and put a dining room table in there with chairs and a living room set like myself I have a brass chandelier I’d like to put it on over my table. The other thing that I saw when you open your windows of the windows are nice but they don’t have any screens to them. People want fresh air but I don’t want all the bugs inside you need to put screens on the windows as well. And I don’t think you do need to double sink all the time in the master bedroom when there’s only one person in the home. I know it might be a selling advantage but not all the time. For the extra space you could have your dining room aluminate one of those bedrooms and have a two bedroom instead or give your take away your laundry room and stick it in the other bathroom with a double sink yes and have that extra 4 feet for your dining room area. There’s another station or Channel. That I believe his name is Chad he does videos all the time just I’m doing Mobile Home-‘s and he’s got some beautiful absolutely gorgeous mobile homes from Texas and he’s got another places besides Texas end it look like a regular home not a mobile home. With a shingle roof. Go to the channel call Amish log cabin homes in La Rou, Ohio. They’ve got some beautiful log cabin home you could put on the cement foundation with a skirting around it for $25,000 some of them are 44 foot long Doublewide’s they’re absolutely gorgeous and their log cabin home for the price of what you are selling for your homes. Because I thought about buying a lot in Maryland and putting a log cabin home on it and living off the grid. Or if I want to be on the grid I can. I’m not gonna say what to do I’m just making a suggestion as she would say take it or leave it.

Not a fan of kitchen islands. But the major issue in this home and many others is the closet entrance in the bathroom. Do you know what happens when you expose your clothes, in that dark closet, to steam from the shower? You got it, mold and musty smelling clothes. Not much of a problem with stuff you wear regularly. But, Winter/Summer stuff that gets stored for months on end are an issue. I won't go into how placement of heat registers and the lack of return air in each room just hit me wrong as a former HVAC Tech.

Its not perfect but crime is low, cost of living is low with the exception of Budapest and Lake Balaton area. With the low cost of living also comes low salaries outside of Budapest. I am an expat living here for 3 years and my money goes almost twice as far as it did in the USA. You cannot get quality manufactured homes here yet. There are not many and what is available is like the garbage that was sold in the USA before the mid 1980,s paper thin walls, roofs that leak because of the way they are made and they are just ugly. I actually would buy a unit if they are up to USA standards and put it out behind my house and barn for a place to live while I rebuild my house. But since they are not available here I will just rent another house in the village when I start my project. Thanks for the conversation.

You can shine a turd and make it look pretty but under it all it is still 💩 a trailer is a trailer, they depreciate and you will never get your money back that you invest period. Banks will not lend on a trailer for a reason and mobile home insurance is sky high for a reason. SO at the end of the day you are losing your azz on a useless investment. Just get a she shed on a lot it will be worth more.

Hi 1 and OnlY, you can have your opinions on anything -- but you CAN get lending on these homes. up to 100% financing and 5.75% currently -- but you have to have good credit. Insurance is $500/yr full coverage and includes contents. Not too high. But again, your insurance is lower with good credit. The shed on a lot sounds cool -- but cold in the winter. :-)

I owned a home like this 14x 70 hated the wood look on the porch, made it look cheap and not finished. Painted it white and blended right in with the house and looked beautiful! OMG this guy talks like a JERK!
