I saw University Village going for 350-400$ where you get your own BD/BR, but it’s like 3.7 miles away. (20 minutes on the bus!)

UV is one of the options if you need seperate bathroom to yourself. But as you said it is far from campus. Within 1 mile of campus there is placr called lemans ( 0.5 miles from UP( the place I live)). Its rent is around 330-360 USD. You get a seperate bathroom.

Hey I just got some info on living expenses at RIT Rent-350-700 USD depending on where you are living (700- closest to the campus) Electricity, water, wifi are included in the rent for 700 USD apartment. Groceries-200-300 USD. Hope this helps you. All the best!
