Are you kidding? Just cuz your sibling is in the states, you'll be denied? There are so many people who went to the states even while their siblings were already working there. It should depend on your purpose and how you state it to the VO, something that makes them understand and believe you'll come back to your home country to pursue your future goals. Getting a straight rejection simply because of your sibling doesn't make sense.

I applied for my BBA in Florida Atlantic University and DePaul University. I done my 12th in arts stream in 2020 i took the pte test and score 54. my Profile okk or not. is applied F1 visa in March but I still waiting for i 20 how much time for i 20?

Hi, even I applied to both of those universities. It took 7 weeks for me to get acceptance. You can email them for I-20 if you already got the admit.

@@keziahk6723 i email them but only DePaul give me confirmation of i20 and now I waiting for i 20 and other give me a requirement letter of LOR that I provide him. I think my consultant is not work properly about my profile.😒😒

@@Desitravellady they havent given 214 or 221 slip too... i got my visa slot last minute and most of the approvals done starting he just asked me 3 questions in kolkata consulate and not typed any remarks on keyboard i was clearly observing him he asked me which course ? specializations ?? what is machine learning i answered everything correctly he just saw on screen and handovered my passport and not given any slip too and said your visa will be reviewed my friends said he must have said refused and you heard it like reviewed ...and on that day 90% of them got rejections i thought it is purely depends on Luck\

Never ever say you have relatives in the US. Thats my personal experience. The moment you tell them you have relatives, your visa will be rejected.

mandhan 1 it depends... sometime if a relative is the sponsor, it works, but you need a good story why you need to go. A believable and convincing story. If the sponsor is not relative, then it is best not to say you have relatives
