1. Its not university but the department that should accept 15 years work exp. 2. I would suggets you to contact some department coordinators from different university websites and ask them if you are eligible to apply. This way you can get a list and from that shortlist accordingly. All the best

How did you applied for the course and the overall procedures ? Also is it possible for a middle class student to pursue studies to cope up with tution fees from scholarships ?

1. There is an application process for MS in US. 2. Yes, most of the students take up educatiom loan and pursue MS 3. I would suggest do your research on how are coursework in different universities, and talk to students who are already pursuing MS to get an idea of their life.
