Nice video, I also live in Basement but not in Canada I live in Sweden. Basements here are different its not so deep inside the ground, windows are much bigger and heating system is usually outside the building. In Canada the difficulty is the vitamin levels go down very soon specially if you live in basements. Even though if you take supplements vitamin levels go down (specially Vitamin D, E etc.). This will eventually lead to tiredness and depression. Take care health is wealth.
