Montreal has one of the beautiful and cheapest houses in Canada. This house is nothing. In 1.5 million you can get Mansion with golf backyard and swimming pool. Guess you have not seen much - hence saying Cant believe this is in Montreal.

@@meghamathur7767 Did you saw the neighbours house??? Guess you dont know how to look for property then. They just renovated the house - Spend 100 K and raise the price by 2.50K of this property. The house is not of brick - Its a show bricks installed in front to give the look. The side and back of the house is of metal which is just newly painted. Also the entrance stairs - The bigger and higher the stairs are - House price drops as people in Canada dont prefer houses with stairs. House with pool is generally sold at lower price because 6 months on the year you cant use the pool and you need to drain all the pipes and water in winter or else pipes freezes and burst. The living room has space for only one sofa and right at the back is kitchen. But no worries - Lot of people on this channel dont know how to look for houses in Canada and have never seen bigger houses.
