Frank totally hear you man, we have been thinking on moving to BC in one of these areas around the nature with mountains , ocean , hikes , nature man. I guess you head a point in life where places like downtown Toronto or even Toronto bug cities is not anymore what we look for. Plus if you're thinking in family places like Nova Scotia , New Brunswick are a dream man , your kids will be less exposed to tech, and the hustle of big cities

Thanks for this fun and informative reaction video. It was refreshing to see a real estate video about houseboats. I can relate to the visual appeal and the sense of relaxation that the water views can offer. And, I like that it's located close to downtown Toronto - a best of both worlds scenario. Looks like the Bluffs in Scarborough. There are many houseboats there.

@FrankHuynh I would totally do it. I have walked by and all of them are a little different. Imagine waking up to the water and view of the cliffs! I really wonder if they have a community feel there.
