It is! Winter can just be quite cold. However , even though it gets so cold, its almost always sunny.

What was the temperature when you were riding? When I wear the S-Works Vent in under 12 degrees weather my feet get too cold

Hey, only around 15 degrees. When it really gets cold in Andorra I normally wear Toe Covers or complete shoe covers.
