$34,000,000 is realistic but since it’s priced so high it’ll sell for $39-40M.. There are plenty of properties better than this. Good luck to the agent selling this house

As always great review. I don't know why they build this house like that? who knows. awsome pool. the interior design reminds me of hospital or a clinic. Definitly not worth that much. too bad for the good location.

for me is that house inside parking space tooooo tiny....you dont want your car parking out side under the sun。 and inside space is toooo tiny。 not a good designer。 they let a guys design this house who never lived this kind one they dont know the demand。
