She means if you want to live in these neighborhoods, you better be wealthy. It used to be just a country little town. The hospital is terrible. All the staff that worked at Winder Hospital in Barrow County left to go work at the Braselton hospital. So it's not any better and I've heard some nightmare stories about these hospitals. I know several people who live or lived in Chateau Elan.

I live in Chateau Elan currently and I do think the traffic is horrible, and that there are a lot of rich and snobby people that live in the area. However, what caught my eye in this comment section was you saying the Hospital is bad. Now, I'm not one to judge your experiences with the hospital, but I have personally had great experiences with it. I understand not everything is perfect and I wont be surprised if there are crappy staff that work there but not completely judge a book by its cover! Lol! 😂✝️🙏

I wonder if the P1 MotorBlock development had been announced at the time of this video. AirBnB could be great business for this town soon. There’s big plans for the Michelin Road Atlanta racetrack! I’ll be working at their new little cafe across the street (not open to public yet as of today) but it’s basically a racetrack museum in there -It’s so freaking cool! They had over 100k people over one weekend for the Petit le mains race not too long ago. Thanks for all your videos! We’re learning so much about surrounding areas through you and have gone visited the neighborhoods. So far we love Buford and Dahlonega a lot but we really love how close everything is in Gainesville too. And the Mexican Talpa store with alllll the goodies for Mexican food omg. Omg. We’re SO torn!

Please dont move here. Traffic is bad enough. The exit ramp 126 gets backed up miles down 85 north, They pay no consideration to residents when construction is done, and its slowly filling with rich people who think they can do what they want.

You are only about a 20 minute drive to every store you could ever need! Most of the big box stores will be in Buford.
