Don’t forget appling Georgia oh my goodness don’t be surprised but appling Georgia has A Amazon full fulfillment center now and it’s about to grow like crazy traffic over there in such a small town is getting bad these Augusta areas are growing really fast!

Absolutely, Appling isn't what it was when I was kid. Lot's of opportunity. My wife actually grew up in Appling, as well as one of my best friends who now lives in Grovetown.

That House number 2 and I’d you use your VA how much the monthly payment?

That property sold for $375K. Payment depends on lots of variables like credit and rate. I’d say around $2,500 +\- but you’d need to actually go thru the process with a lender to get more accurate estimate. Let us know and I’d be glad to connect you with our preferred lender. They have the best VA loan programs, work with a lot of Vets and support a lot of veteran organizations. I’m actually working on a video now that we will publish soon. I was working with our lender and supporting a fund raise for VETATLANTA earlier this week.
