Thank you Billy and Dee for the enjoyable adventure with you. The captions really helped a lot to know what you were doing. It's a form of speaking to us. Have a blessed day 🙏❤️🙏

@@JosephTMeiroseIV “standby for a flood of cheechakos” wow, you say that because you know that a flood of people is exactly what true Alaskans DON’T want, so you say it to sound confrontational and edgy like it’s some sort of joke? We value a peaceful way of life and you are mocking that…you don’t belong here apparently and you’ve made that clear…your way of thinking is exactly what we don’t want in our state but it’s ok because you’ll be exposed soon enough….

@@JosephTMeiroseIV how arrogant of you…but then again that’s typical of a New Yorker and exactly why you clowns never last up here…you know damn well Alaskans don’t want more people up here, yet you decide to be “edgy” and mention a “flood of cheechakos”, so honestly, as a true Alaskan, I’ll say it again: please don’t move here…your way of thinking is fine for your area apparently, but it doesn’t fly up here….it’s ok though, you’ll be exposed soon enough..

I lived in Fairbanks and Anchorage in the early 80s. Loved it as a kid. Chena River was my backyard.

I miss living in my Anchorage house - in Virginia now no more wood stove - rare snow or any real freezes. No real mountains around . But great memories of God’s country - blessings to you and your family

This is a very pleasant video to watch. But…every time I see these types of videos (I also do the same thing of course!……). I wonder to myself “what am I going to do when I can’t do these things? So…this is where your preps come in…knowing you’ve got backups to your backups if you can’t afford or have to go out & what you need. I hate dipping into my backups….bc you’ll need them one day. So until “one day” doesn’t happen, I go out and get what I need too
@ConqueringTheLastFrontier Жыл бұрын
You are 100% correct. We can only do these things now. There will come a time when we won't be able to. That is when our preps will be worth their weight in gold.

We haul our water, no municipal or well water so we don't plan on a washing machine or a dryer. Most of the time, we do laundry the old-fashioned way and air-dry the clothes.

Thanks for the time to explain it. It makes sense. I live in Kooskia, Idaho and we don't have garbage service, so we have to drive few miles to the dumpster..we got a well about 50 GPM. The water very hard on clothes and showers.. we looking into water soften machine. Forgot the names of it, have to add salt.. I'm still doing research on it.. keep up the great videos buddy
