Nice video, thanks. Moving to Fallbrook in a few weeks to a beautifil home. By the way, we've not had to pump out our sceptic system in our current home once since buying it, now 16 years ago. Many people have it done way too often!

It's actually pronounced Mahn-Ser-Rot. In reality the population is closer to 60k. Highest fuel prices in San Diego county. Last electric bill there was close to $600/month. Traffic (much like anywhere in CA.) is Nutz. Check out citydata before you make any rash decisions

What, our gas prices are low compared to Oceanside, Temecula, RB, Poway..just about everywhere. Why would you live in CA and not have solar, traffic is minimal, especially in town..do you even live in Fallbrook lol
