Since I've not been to Tripura myself, I have no idea about it. There must be train and bus services available, may not be directly though.

@@meri5121 oh! Just outside the Dimapur train station there's taxi and bus stand. Taxi fare is Rs 330 and Bus fare Rs 100-150 till Kohima ISBT. From there you can hire another taxi to NU Meriema which will cost around Rs 600.

Hi, there are so many good government colleges here offering BA. I didn't do my Bachelors from a government institution so I can't say 100% but as much as my knowledge is concerned, it is purely merit basis. Apart from that there are so many good private colleges with good NAAC accreditation. Comparing to other states the private institutes here are cheap. If you're interested you can apply. The new academic session has started already for all the colleges. You can apply next year maybe. All the best.
