Great video! I was in Rishikesh from Nov to Feb 2024 and loved it! I am an Aussie based in Thailand but I love India. I'll be in Mumbai for the Mumbai Film Festival from mid-October. I'll be there for a month or two. Cheers!

As an indian I really like how honest you are in the entire video without being disrespectful. I think India is changing and in maybe a few decades hopefully it would much more urbanised and modern. However I think delhi ncr is not the correct representation of india there are many good areas in Himalyan states like ladakh, himachal pradesh, uttarakhand and in south india kerala is very peaceful. Visit cities like shimla , rishikesh ,gangtok , kochi these coties have a peacful vibe.

thanks for the nice words made, I really try to make a point to be as honest as possible, but keep it real and just factually based on my experience. I'm glad that's coming across in the right way! And you're right, Delhi NCR doesn't represent all of India, but again, it's just where I spend most of my time. I've travelled all over India for small trips, including Ladakh, Missouri and other beautiful natural locations, so I definitely agree with what you're saying!

which city do you think has the best vibe for tourists coming to India?
@well_art
@well_art Ай бұрын
@@theaussiebhai I think it depends on what you like. Most indians travel to more relaxed states like himalyan states because Indo-gangetic plains are very chaotic and polluted. I think the best area in india is sikkim specially the northern area its almost like heaven. And this state has a higher hdi as well. Whereas if you like tropical state then goa and kerala are good. I think if someone just want to experience a little bit of india without much trouble then these states I think are good options.

Thank goodness this guy isn't exploiting the foreigner validation problem of Indian audience and describing fake nice experiences. He's keeping it real, but without being arrogant about it. That's good. He should gain more subscribers, it would be more interesting to see his journey when he travels to various parts of India and how he changes as a person, while KEEPING IT ALL HONEST AND REAL. No sugar coating to gain views. The current internet sentiment on India is either extremely anti where it's all racist stuff or it's extremely fake lovey-dovey to gain views where foreigners act as if nothing is wrong with the country. We need more foreigners like this guy who don't engage in either of those 2 scenarios. Nice video. Also, move to Chandigarh if you wanna escape the gas chamber called Delhi NCR. Quality of life is much better over there.

I am an Indian , I live in Delhi and with a broken heart I can say that this is not a country but it is just a big dustbin, people dont follow the law, so much of population, so much of polution ( delhi air is suffocating), so much of corruption, authorities dont listen to the law abiding people here cos of corruption, people litter around, Delhi despite being the capital has the largest no. Of illegal constructions and illegal street encroachments, infact around 5 million people in Delhi livein unauthorised colonies and there r around 2000 unauthorised colonies in Delhi, water is not potable, around 30 percent of the veggies r grown with sewerage water supply, milk is adultrated with starch and uria , foot paths r encroached by shop owners and no action is taken on them cos they grease the palms of the municipal officers 😢...If I ever have sufficient money , I will leave this country asap to have a better future for me and for my family, u Aussies r living in heaven, lucky people.
