Sorry there is no gym facilities but you have a table tennis board inhouse. For gym, you can visit Fit For Free gym which is not very expensive annually

Hi Juan, montly rent would be something like 483 but on some months it varies because they calculate per-day charge multiplied by the no. of days in a month
