Hi! My name is Heidi, and I've lived in Tokyo since 2019. I started out as a Japanese language student and since then I've passed the JLPT N4, JLPT N3, and N2 levels.

@@heidisarol language learning fascinates me (i think its bc im also into kpop and kdramas); visited japan a lot of times since i was young up to now! also learned a bit of it when i was in college so that sparked my interest even more :) hoping to try language school in japan in the near future too

Wow congratulations on getting into the London marathon!! I run it (and walked) in 86 and 88. If you need a free tour guide for a day and make you tired going everywhere then I'd love to help!! 👍🏻

Oh wow! Thank you so much. Do you have any advice for running the marathon? I'm worried about the jetlag 😭

@@heidisarol Give it a few days after landing before you run for sure and the day after you should try and walk a bit as your muscles will be tight! I only run 2/3of it first time and finished in about 5 hrs. I never trained further than 15 miles, too lazy!!

@@heidisarol I got some from Mizuno a couple of years ago, because they were the only ones that fit me really well in the store I went to 😄 They're called Wave Inspire 12 and are supposed to give you good stability. I really like them, well except the color 😄
