Terrible! No representation of Colonial Town Plaza? Where neighbors have gathered for decades at Dexters, The Vineyard, Liam's and Amura, Ruth Chris and the Westin's Don Schula, that is where the Real Residents of Lake Mary have been going for 25 years + The AMC theater and Coldstone and Menchies for ice cream after the movies. You left out Peach Valley and Stonewood. Honestly, there is nothing downtown except 4th Street Grill which is mediocre. I have built 3 homes here and know it very well- I feel you left out the best of everything in Lake Mary- I grew up here so I know most of our neighbors who own these establishments - Corona Cigars have been there at least 20 years, not to mention the great bike trail behind Peach Valley which we all love.....

Congrats, Rita! You are the only person to comment negatively on one of my videos in two years. I can tell a troll when I see one. This video is not about individual businesses. It's about the general reasons Lake Mary is attractive. Colonial Town Park (or Colonial Town Plaza as you called it) is featured in some of my other Lake Mary videos. It was built in 2003-2006, so how could the "Real Residents" of Lake Mary been going there for 25+ years? At least two of the tenants you mentioned, Liam's and Dexter's, have closed because they couldn't afford the high rents. Don Shula's (not Schula's), Ruth's Chris, and the Amstar theatre are also mentioned in my other videos. Again, this video isn't about individual businesses, but generic reasons why folks like Lake Mary. As far as the Seminole-Wekiva Trail, it IS featured in this video. An expert such as yourself should probably pay better attention.
