College Park is ✔️. So is Baldwin Park. Baldwin Park was a part of the de commissioned US Navy base ⚓️. This soil, land might still have chemicals, toxins, problems. Waterford Lakes is decent too. As is Lake Nona.

No argument here. It does, but it's definitely better after the construction project was completed and toll lanes added.

Post I 4 Ultimate, post Pandemic it's slightly better. Be aware peak hours are 300pm EST to around 630pm. Exit 49 off 417 toll road can be backed up! 😟
