Hi 🥰 I think areas like Prahran/South Yarra/Windsor are really good - big international community and lots of bars, restaurants, activities, clubs, etc. otherwise maybe towards Brunswick or Fitzroy :)

I wouldn't live in ANY of the suburbs you stated... except Williamstown :-) Unless you're under 30 and hate being at home... prefer the bushy / hilly area... Eltham, Warrandyte etc etc

lol but that all comes down to you. Everyone is different and has their own preferences. These neighbourhoods are good areas to start in, especially if you've never been to Melbourne before :)
