I will let you in on a little secret. You can lay claim to unregistered land. As long as somone else hasn't layed claim before you. So you will have to do question off surrounding people. Also land where the deed owners have died and it hasn't been passed on. Which also requires questioning and research. Then you can register it if you wanted. I'm planing on moving of the grid in Scotland and found this out

@@gxkcan__5886 Hi, Thank you for getting back to me. Kind of yes, I need to buy a land in Spain as it's a socialist country and more freedom for people in there . Lands like farms come with planing permission for building a house or small place, I use idealista app for that. Spanish language is easy and people are very welcoming to foreigners. I have found a land for 9800 euro in north of Spain 🇪🇸. Chicken farm and rabbit farm will create a steady income. Things like that, I am reading a book on which veg I can collect freely from nature .

@@nimakhaleghy4508 getting away is not for everyone, some people don’t realise 98% of what you see in supermarkets didn’t exist 50 -60 years ago, everything has chemicals cashiering fertility and other types of illnesses. I’m woke enough to want to get away and grow my own food in a cabin near a lake and even grow my own herbs and medicine. I don’t know if you need permission if you truly live off the grid because you’ll be untraceable How ever it’s just the land your setting up on that’s important for example if it has a owner or if it’s public
