✅ Right Clothing is the key factor in Norway winter time.
As Norwegians tend to say: “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes”.
And I totally agree with this statement!
Make sure you have:
✔️ Base layer / socks double layer can help!
✔️ Your snowboarding clothes
✔️ Neck warmer + hat
✔️ Gloves: I also do double layer: wool gloves + snowboarding/ skiing gloves
✔️ Right shoes - I don’t need to mention 😉
Keep in mind that it can easily be -20C / -4F in SOUTH NORWAY winter time. So you better be ready.

the old ice races were in mini coopers fiats saabs and mustangs. no traction control like modern cars. just bias ply studed tires

One ting Anna ! Newer use cotton underwear in the winter , use WOOL ! If you swett you will be cold after with cotton underwear , not with woll !

yes. minnesota used to have ice racing. i think they still have motorcycle racing. but we had colder temperatures than the arctic circle last year when my furnace died.
